What do you charge for music lessons?
$100/month for the reservation of a 30m lesson slot every week.
$200/month for the reservation of a 1h lesson slot every week.
$300/month for the reservation of a 1h30m lesson slot every week.
What is the youngest age you teach?
Youngest age I teach is 6 years old for piano and violin, 7 years old for guitar.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment directly through this website, via the Monthly Subscription Payment Plan, which you can find under the "Music Lessons" tab at the top of the website. Your payment will automatically be renewed on the same date that you first subscribed, every month until cancelled. This ensures that all payments are on time, and eliminates the stress of trying to remember to pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
In my line of work I am rarely able fill a missed lesson with another student for a single lesson at a time, so rather than having the perspective of paying for each lesson individually, I have the perspective that my students are paying to keep their spot *reserved for them for each month at a time. (As I do have people on my waiting list)
Therefore, if you need to cancel a lesson, I generally cannot refund you. However, I will refund you if you stop all lessons entirely before the end of the pre-paid month.
NOTE: If your kid has a stomach bug, or any serious contagious illness, then Please Stay Home. We can do your lesson over a *Video Call* that week instead if you want, so you still get your lesson in :) However, common colds do not count as serious; I have no issue with you coming to a lesson if you just have a runny nose, mild cough, etc. But if someone in your house is puking, or has pink eye, etc, I do not want those more serious things spreading to my household.
If I am eligible to get a refund, how do I get refunded?
If you are eligible for a refund (based on my cancellation policy above) then I will refund you through the website, and it will show up in your bank account within a couple of business days.
